We needed to find a home for us and our two large dogs in the toughest market that had existed in decades. Interest rates were rising fast, as well as prices. Brenda Foulks answered or returned every call in a timely fashion, met on short notice when we really needed to, and found us a lender, home inspector, etc. When we were tempted to give up she encouraged us to hang in there and keep looking. We succeeded with her help and found our first home! We are very happy with Solid Rock and Brenda and will be using them again when we start to sell or shop for our next home.

I have loved working with Brenda. She's become a great friend and a source of valuable information and advisor. She's been patiently waiting and watching for and with me for almost a year now to find the right home. She gives me all info on it, as well as to physically go look at a place since I'm out of state. She's been a doll! She'll even check in on me, of she hasn't heard from me in awhile. There's always a steady flow of conversation with her as your realtor. Which that is what you need in one! If anyone is needing to find a home, sell a home, Brenda is your lady to do it! She's got years of realestate under her belt to make her an expert sales person. She's very easy to talk to about your needs, and just in general. She will be very busy, but will make sure she returns your call, sends you the info you've requested without haste. She's made any business deal such as getting a home inspection done so easy. She knows the people to do the job right and they are as great as she is, in my experience. Right off the bat, when we met we stopped and had a discussion about one place I was looking at. And we even had some good laughs just talking and chatting in general. She makes you feel like family. She's a representative of Solid Rock Realestate, and they must all be like her. They do thier job correctly, efficiently and with a smile and a joke to make you feel confident and comfortable. I haven't had this kind of experience with any realtors I've dealt with in Texas. It's been a pleasure. While I'm still working with her on one place, that she's known that's where I wanted to be living. She still is very patient with me during this crazy time of a pandemic and me being 500 mi away, and homes selling like crazy in the area of my choice. Since day one when we spoke on the phone after I arrived in Oklahoma to come look at homes and visit family. it was like I've known her forever.
